I can't say I've tried it, but I would certainly not recommend it. AnkhSVN and VisualSVN are both designed to achieve the same task.
If you have existing projects that you are using AnkhSVN for, they should work fine in VisualSVN. Likewise, if you currently have AnkhSVN installed, you can use that to access your VisualSVN Server repositories. VisualSVN and VisualSVN Server do not need to be used as a pair; they are compatible with any Subversion software.
