I'm not sure if the VisualSVN Server team have any plans for this
functionality, but all of it (except for the RSS feeds) is available
with the VisualSVN and TortoiseSVN clients. If you require this
functionality via the web interface, rather than via desktop
applications, I suggest you install WebSVN and point it at your
VisualSVN repositories.
