I must say that I'm not feeling the love in this news group. :-) Since I have purchased this product I would be nice to see some sort of answer from the helpdesk (even if it is bad news). Whilst it is not stopping me and my team from doing any work it is sometwhat irritating that we cannot seem to use our certificate.
