VisualSVN with Active Directory-How to give Alias to the user

We are using VisualSVN 1.6x with Active Directory. Since we use
Employee Code as Domain Login, we get to see only employee codes in
the "Show Log" option. Instead, I wanted to have the Full Name of the
user who did the changes to the repository. How do we overcome this?
Can this be achieved through Pre-commit hook?
