Please could you provide more details. We need to know additional information about your configuration: - what version of the VisualSVN do you use? - what Windows Service Pack do you have? Do you have Visual Studio Service Pack installed? We recommend to install it if you haven't yet: Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=FBEE1648-7106-44A7-9649-6D9F6D58056E There should be VisualSVN log files in your temp folder (somewhat like "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\VisualSVN-2007-06-02-00-01-416.log"). Could you please send us log files that were generated after problem reproduction? Please could you also clarify the following: * have you used the trial version of VisualSVN? * did you have problems with the previous version of the VisualSVN or this is your first installation?
