Hi Peter! >Does VisualSVN access those directories and files as the user assigned to the >VisualSVN Server service (e.g. Local System Account in a default installation)?
VisualSVN Server service runs under LocalSystem account by default. >Can the Windows account used for the VisualSVN Server service log on account >be changed, and if so, what permissions does that account need (over and above >running a service)? Yes, you can change the account. To do that please open the Services console (in the administrative tools), select Visual SVN server service, change the logon to a specific account (Button: "This account" selected) and type the domain\name and password. The account should have r/w access to the repository folder.
