Possibly, you've used TortoiseSVN 1.6 with VisualSVN 1.6.x. You
shouldn't get this error now if you use VisualSVN 1.7 with TortoiseSVN
1.6.

We can't understand what is the problem with your commits. Lets check
the following:
 - do you use 1 repository or could it be you've committed to the
other repository by mistake?
 - do you use branches? could you've committed to the branch?

Have you seen the "missed" commits in the Log window before the
resetting of the laptop.

Do you use any hook files (e.g. pre-commit hook )?

Could you please send us the VisualSVN Server logs?

VisualSVN Server writes log to the Windows Event Log. You could find
VisualSVN Server logs in the Application category in the Event Viewer.

Thank you!
