Hi, I solved the problem.
We are using ISA 2006 as Proxy Server. There was the "Block High Bit Characters" market at the Http-Filter for the SVN Rule. I disabled and now it is working. VisualSVN Server writes log to the Windows Event Log. You could find VisualSVN Server logs in the Application category in the Event Viewer. Please also send us the screen shot of the error message.
