Please also specify what exact actions do you perform. Could you please also send us the VisualSVN Server logs? VisualSVN Server writes log to the Windows Event Log. You could find VisualSVN Server logs in the Application category in the Event Viewer. Any other information, screen shots, etc would be very helpful!
