Most likely you have references to deleted group in security settings. Please check. This problem was fixed in VisualSVN Server 2.0 >When I chose the Browse context menu command, the standard web browser opened at the appropriate URL in your VisualSVN Server. Please also check that you use the correct case-sensitive URL to access the repository.
