According to the screen shot trystartSVNService.jpg and to the logs your are trying to start another service (SvnService), not VisualSVN Server. Could you please send us VisualSVN Server logs? VisualSVN Server writes all log messages to the Windows Event Log. We could also suggest you to try VisualSVN Server 2.0.5.Since version 2.0 all VisualSVN Server related messages are stored in the dedicated event log co-called "VisualSVN Server": http://www.visualsvn.com/support/topic/00028/.
