Upon system restart the visual svn server does not automatically start. The following errors were found in the event log:
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the VisualSVN Server service to connect. The VisualSVN Server service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. System Info: Windows Server 2003 SP2 Visual SVN Server 1.6.3
