Hi Ashraf,
1. To change the host name that the server binds to, right click on the
VisualSVN Server icon in the tree in the VisualSVN Management Console.
Choose Properties, then go to the Network tab and change the Server Name
value to the host name you wish to use.

2. To change the certificate used for HTTPS, open the server properties as
above, but go to the Certificate tab rather than the Network tab. Click the
Change Certificate button, then choose whether you want to create a new
self-signed certificate, or whether you want to import an existing
certificate.
