rollback a file

We installed Visual SVN Server early September 2009 and committed a
Visual Studio solution. When I try to roll a file back to an earlier
version using the Visual SVN plugin for Visual Studio, I can only go
as far back as October 15 2009. Why cant I go back all the way to
September 2009? Its not even an option.
