Hi Jigs! Please try to set the Repositories Root explicitly using VisualSVN Server manager: - select Properties->General from the context menu of the root element, - set the Repositories Root folder using Browse.
Then set the access permissions according to our Knowledge Base article "Storing repositories on a network share": http://www.visualsvn.com/support/topic/00022/.
