I have an existing repo that is accessed using svn+ssh. This is a project that's been around for years. I want to add a new sub- project, so Add Solution to Subversion, select appropriate stuff, use Repo browser to pick correct URL, but on Next> in existing repository wizard-pane, I get the following error: Repository not available. Request was [sic] failed with following message: Can't create tunnel: The system cannot find the file specified.
Notes - hint?: The .SLN file is not in the root folder, but in one of the branches. The wizard's working copy root pane properly picks the root. The URL also refers to the root. Versions: SVN server is linux based. running svn --version on my workstation reports 1.6.17, Tortoise reports 1.6.16 (64bit). VisualSVN version is 2.0.6. Unfortunately I can't upgrade the service, and I don't know if I should upgrade Tortoise, given the server version. Thanks for any hints on how to get the solution into SVN. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "VisualSVN" group.
