Error message from event Viewer: Parent: Could not set child process stdout (OS 2) The system cannot find the file specified.

Pleas advice. >From searching Google, I know I have permission issue here, because when I do "c:\type NUL" I got "The system cannot find the file specified." It seems that I could not find out how I can pin-point to the permission. I have granted "Everyone" full control over C:\ D:\.
