Scenario: Under Server Properties, Use Windows Authentication , Integrated Windows Authentication is checked.
Tried to connect via Eclipse (rejected) Tried to connect via Dreamweaver (rejected) Tried to connect via JDeveloper (rejected) Tried to connect via Browser (rejected) However, if you ALSO check Basic Authentication (a huge security hole) Only JDeveloper clients get rejected.
