Hi All

I've used VisualSVN for a while and just decided to try the plug-in for VS.
There are two of us that work on SSRS reports and I'm trying to get my head
round a workflow that will stop two of us working on same file at same
time. IF we do both change it, I get a warning when the second person tries
to commit and then I get a tone of comments in the file that shows the
respective changes, which of course makes the rdl invalid and its a
nightmare to clean up.

I tried the get lock, but that doesn't help as it still lets me checkout a
file my colleague is working on, work on it for a few hours, and only warns
me about the lock when I try to check it back in. At this point I've wasted
2 hours.

Is there a way to see which files are locked, or warn when updating local
copy that a file is locked?

Regards

Mark
