I got this one too and, the problem looks to be a DNS resolution problem.  
Some place, with externals, I used the "externalURL.com" name, and, the 
repobrowser was linked on the internal server name.

I suspect the internal DNS Micorsoft server to not respond  properly to the 
address resolution.
