User can't change his account's password through a web interface.

VisualSVN Server Enterprise Edition provides tight integration with
Active Directory. Integrated Windows Authentication (and Basic
authentication) are based on your Active Directory users and groups.
So AD user can change his account password himself as he usually does
through Ctrl-Alt-Del | Change Password...

Obviously this is not available with Subversion authentication type.
