The problem probably is the (almost) case sensitive of the SVN. 
"Almost" because it is case sensitive only for commits and not for updates.

For example, you have the path "ThisIsCaseSensitive/Src". 
Then if you checkout this url all lowercased "thisiscasesensitive/src" you 
can update and get all the files normally, but can't commit anything.
