You don't need to reinstall VisualSVN Server to change repositories location or other configuration parameters. Where did you read that it's required? > I've turned off Windows Firewall and disabled McAfee on both server and > development machine, no change. > > Current VisualSVN settings: https turned off, using port 8080, server > binding all IP addresses, using Subversion authentication. Repository > security has Everyone for read/write. > > Can anyone help me? I'm not a certified admin but I know my way around > computers. I'm absolutely stumped! We would be glad to help but we need to know more details on the issue. As the first step we suggest to try reaching VisualSVN Server repository with a command-line Subversion client. You can get one at http://www.visualsvn.com/downloads/ * Copy repository URL in VisualSVN Server Manager and issue `svn info` command against it. For example, [[ svn info http://hostname:8080/svn/repository ]] Any errors so far? * What URL do you enter in AnkhSVN and in a web browser? * Provide us with VisualSVN Server log export to see logged events.
