Both Standard and Enterprise editions of VisualSVN Server can be accessed from outside of your local network. VisualSVN Server does not require any special configuration adjustments to be accessible from the Internet. You have to setup your network environment (i.e. hardware and software configuration) as for any other network service (e.g. a web or an FTP server) that you want to make accessible from the Internet. Usually, it requires to either assign static public IP address to the computer or configure you router to forward requests that come from the Internet to the computer. Also, if the machine is located behind a firewall(s) you need to configure the firewall to allow requests to and from the VisualSVN Server instance.
