Hi Pavel,
So we have a disaster recovery site and I setup a sync between the production
server and the one that is at the DR site. I did this a couple years ago and
for multiple reasons used my account in the script for the svnsync command. We
are using Windows Authentication. I am leaving the company and we are updating
the script with a service account that has full admin privileges on both
servers and for VisualSVN.

So when we switch the user in the script and test run one of repositories from
the command line we get prompted for my credentials.
So then I deleted the mirrored repository recreated it and doing all the set up
steps with the hook and initializing it and also completely removing my access
to the server and VisualSVN. When we run the svnsync command it still prompts
us for my credentials. It has a message saying that there is already a sync
running for this repository. We also tried to rename the mirrored repository
but got the same message. Sorry I don't have the message in front of me. I am
going to ask Mehmet to join this group as he is the new manager.
