Hello, > (How) is it possible to change the default directory from host/svn/ to > host/, so that all projects are available at host/projectname.
You can't get rid of "/svn/" part in the URL in the current version of VisualSVN Server. It's reserved for repositories collection list which you can view with a web browser and TortoiseSVN client. This is a known issue and we consider solving it in future VisualSVN Server releases. I can't provide you with any ETA, though. > Has anyone done this before, one (quite complex) idea would be a reverse > proxy like squid. Indeed, you can setup a reverse-proxy to workaround the issue. I.e. configure a reverse-proxy in front of VisualSVN Server to rewrite URLs to repositories. I regret that I can't provide you with a step-by-step instruction on this matter, though. > Simply changing the httpd.conf directory/location does not work for me. It's strongly discouraged to modify %VISUALSVN_SERVER%conf\httpd.conf file. This file is rewritten on each upgrade and configuration change you do via VisualSVN Server Manager console so your modifications will be lost. -- With best regards, Pavel Lyalyakin VisualSVN Team -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "VisualSVN" group.
