HI All, i'm trying to delete a file but getting a message such as it's been locked by another user. But that user is not locked that file. We have the visual SVN installed in windwos server. Not sure how to release the lock of the file.
Here is the error message svn: E175002: Commit failed (details follow): svn: E175002: Server sent unexpected return value (423 Locked) in response to DELETE request for '/svn/privAccess/!svn/txr/63-23/privAccess/Content/Library/Priv%20Acess%20-%20New%20AD%20Groups/Priv%20Access%20-%20New%20User%20Groups%20Sync/SA-LDAP-Sync.xml' please suggest what SVN command line command to use to release the lock and delete the file.
