I regret that I don't understand what exactly you want to get. Please
reword or elaborate the question because "to get file (range of revision)"
can have a lot of different meanings and approaches to achieve.

However, I guess that either `svn checkout`
<https://www.visualsvn.com/support/svnbook/ref/svn/c/checkout/> or `svn
export` <https://www.visualsvn.com/support/svnbook/ref/svn/c/export/>
commands should help you.
