Generally speaking, VisualSVN Server itself does not require any special network configuration to be accessible over LAN. If you plan running VisualSVN Server on your LAN then you should configure your network environment to allow incoming connections from LAN and configure your network hardware to route incoming requests to VisualSVN Server machine.
