To learn more about auth and authz options available in VisualSVN Server, read the article KB39: Understanding VisualSVN Server Authentication options <https://www.visualsvn.com/support/topic/00039/>. If you use Windows (Active Directory) authentication then your users should be able to reset their AD passwords as they usually do for their accounts: press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and select Change Password. If you use Subversion security, users can't change or reset their passwords.
