This error is produced in the pre-commit hook script: "Python is not
recognized as an internal or external command. The error generated from a
pre-commit hook". It appears the the hook script calls Python to execute a
script but it is unable to find Python. You should fix the hook script to
resolve the error. Contact the server or repository admin for help.
