Hello Geetha, Do your users use the same user account to log in to Windows? There should be no issues in case every user has its own user account - the credentials are stored per-user.
Please note that VisualSVN Server's does not use web-based authentication that would require a user to "log in" or "log off"; the authentication used is *HTTP authentication*. Every client request is getting authenticated. SVN clients and web browsers do not keep active connection to the server.
