vout_subpictures: fix the picture format colorimetry too
For now both format coexist but the following patches now rely on the picture
format:
- a1c8e5b5c85826db429be6c278a97595acf78b18
- d14eadc24764c030885bca90283507a9120b6fd0
The region format should go away at some point, for the rendered subpictures.
