Apparently, the problem is that the message didn't have a "MIME-Version"
header. There is a variable vm-mime-require-mime-version-header which
allows VM to ignore this faux pas. But it is t by default. We will
change it to nil by default.

Bug description:
When the 'D' for vm-mime-decode command is issued on a text/html message, one
gets the error messages:
vm-toolbar-update-toolbar: Selecting deleted buffer
Decoding MIME message...
but nothing gets displayed.
