The definitions for both vm-fill-paragraphs-containing-long-lines and vm-fill-paragraphs-containing-long-lines-in-reply both have a (const wrap) in their definition. However, this constant is not mentioned in their doc strings at all. Can someone tell me what wrap means in these contexts?
