I would like to remind you that we are going to offer a tutorial at the
upcoming IETF in Paris:

We'll try to provide all of you (both chairs and ordinary users) with
useful information about how to get the best out of our collaboration
platform when joining an IETF room.
The tutorial is obviously open to remote participants. In order to let
