Right now, I am trying to find out why the VVTVM on the H disk is being ignored 
and the one on the I disk used when VMFHLASM does a vmfsim chklvl for these 
pieces that have IBM and other vendor updates. I am somewhat bumfuzzled by the 
clarity of the documentation.
