on the HMC select the PCHID of the osa in question, then select on the right
side the advanced facilities icon. You have to toggle the menus. I alsways
forget the menu where it is. There you will find a menu item where you can
set the osa mode. Afterwards you have to config off/on the pchid.

We are setting up z/VM 5.1's TCP/IP for the first time.  We do not want
to auto negotiate.  We need, according to our network group, to hard
code at 100 full duplex.  We are running in QDIO mode.  How do I set 100
full?  We have a z/890.
