I am home this week, so I can't tell you the exact settings in
the CONFIG, but basically I have *both* lpars set up to be
*enabled* for dynamic control, but DYN off. This allows me
to use dynamic commands on EITHER lpar, as soon as I 
turn it on.

This was on the advice of someone here in the list, sorry I no
longer remember whose idea it was. I find it very convenient.
