I think, as Alan said, SFS is working as designed.
I would change the process to avoid same thing from hppen again.
Suggestion:
Don't AUTOLOG 2 Userids on time basis. AUTOLOG User A as usual. Then, let the job (an EXEC, I persume) in Userid A AUTOLOGs Userid B when the table is being loaded successfully. If not, blow the whistle as needed.
