Can you better-define "locked out"? 
Was there a message?  Actual messages cut/pasted into posts are always a 
good idea (within size limits).

Is it a network lockout from that terminal?  Is it an External Security 
Manager (ESM) rule, such as set by RACF/VM, VM:Secure, et al?

I flubbed.  Locked out maint.

Is there something I can do (like from the operator userid) to unlock it
instead of waiting an hour?
