If I remember correctly, while we were still running z/VM 4.3 and I found
out about the capability that SENDFILE had in 4.4 to include a subject
line, I grabbed the SENDFILE EXEC from the z/VM 4.4 system that I had on a
2nd level test machine and made it available to the 1st level id that
needed it. I'm pretty sure that's all I had to do but my memory may not be
perfect.
