Alan: The flash is z/OS only as it refers to a batch capability in z/OS SMP/E to retrieve fixes from the internet. For z/OS, z/VM, and z/VSE customers you can go to ShopzSeries to retrieve fixes which can be downloaded (in VM terms as envelopes) and installed. The z/OS SMP/E process saves the download step. Jim
