Speaking as someone who lives in Seattle, it will be held in the Seattle 
Convention Center, which is downtown right over I-5, one of the strangest 
locations I've ever seen and a bane to the traffic on I-5.  There are plenty of 
hotels nearby, from major chains to cute little european-style hotels.  The 
SHARE website at share.org should have lists of them and the housing office can 
help you with getting the conference rate.
