Speaking as someone who lives in Seattle, it will be held in the Seattle Convention Center, which is downtown right over I-5, one of the strangest locations I've ever seen and a bane to the traffic on I-5. There are plenty of hotels nearby, from major chains to cute little european-style hotels. The SHARE website at share.org should have lists of them and the housing office can help you with getting the conference rate.
