Please don't let Chuckie write that CP Initialization code!  We're likely 
to see "self-explanatory" messages something like:
        HCPMCL0028W MCL is missing or not valid.

Of course, the Messages and Codes manual for such a message from Chuckie 
would say something like:
        Message: HCPMCL0028W MCL is missing or not valid.
        Explanation: MCL is missing or not valid.  Can't you READ!?  RTFM!
        System Action: System refuses to initialize and there's nothing 
you can do to make it do so!  Nyah-nyah
        User or Operator Response: Contact your Systems Programmer, who 
will have no idea what to do but pretend that she/he does for a while. 

Too bad this isn't April 1.  :-)
