I searched the list archives and found that I answered a similar question
in April 2000.  There used to be a small program named VTAMOP.  The old URL
was http://bama.ua.edu/~bill/vtamop but is does not seem to be there
anymore.  Perhaps someone else on the list knows if there is a copy
somewhere else now.
