I need some help tracking down a mystery. I have an exec that writes some data to a file in BFS. At times, I get an error on the file. When I go into the shell (OPENVM SHELL) and do ls -l on the file, I get the message:
EDC5114I Resource is busy I have looked in all the messages and codes manuals, but haven't been able to find any EDC messages listed, much less this one. Any idea where they are? Any idea what this message means? I'm writing the file using a Pipe. Could it be leaving the file in a weird state? Martha
