Hi Luca and the others, vmtkbranchsections consumes the physical memory, the size of surface_branches (the input) is about 6.8 MB. The available memorey is 2 GB. It works when I set distancespheres to 2, but the result is sparse. The error is in vtkDataArrayTemplate.txx unable to allocate 1,...,... of size 4
