Hello all, I'm new to VMTK and have had some difficulties getting data imported in order to do the tutorials. I'm using the data set located here:
http://pubimage.hcuge.ch:8080/DATA/FELIX.zip Since this is jpeg2000 compressed, I import into ImageJ and export as a tif file. The resulting tif file can be downloaded from here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16550746/test.tif When I try to import into vmtk using the following command Pypepad crashes: vmtkimagereader -f tiff -ifile test.tif --pipe vmtkimageviewer Any advice is greatly appreciated!
