Hi everyone!
I created a vessel model using the Slice3D program and saved that single
model as a .vtp file. When I try to use the pypepad command vmtksurfacereader
to open the file and then pipe to vmtksurfaceviewer, I recieve an error saying:
" Creating vmtkSurfaceReader instance.
Automatic piping vmtksurfacereader
Parsing options vmtksurfacereader
Error for option -ifile: 3 entries given, 1 expected"
Has anyone ever tried this and gotten the same error when saving a file in
slicer and try to open using the vmtk scripts through pypepad?
